Availability

• Listings are grouped by appliance model. A model may have one or more physical units, and availability can change throughout the day. Contact the store to confirm current inventory.
• Prices exclude sales tax (9.1%), which is added at the till.
• A struck-through price is the manufacturer's suggested retail price for the same model in new, unmarked condition.
• Invoice pricing is subject to change after 90 days.

Reservations and Payment

This website does not take payment. Reserving an item here is a request to hold it; the sale is completed in store or by phone. Paid orders are stored for one week, after which storage fees apply.

All Sales Are Final

Products are reclaimed goods and carry no manufacturer's warranty. There are no returns or refunds. Cover is limited to the warranty terms printed on your invoice — seereturns and warranty for a summary.

Delivery and Installation

Delivery is arranged per order. Installation is the customer's responsibility and must be carried out by a qualified person; damage caused during or because of installation is not covered. Full delivery terms are on the delivery page.

Inspecting Your Appliance

Inspect your appliance on receipt and report any physical defect or transit damage within 24 hours.

Ownership and Liability

Goods remain the property of Appliance Outlet LLC until paid in full, and overdue accounts are subject to interest. We are not liable for consequential, incidental or property damage arising from products sold.

Applicable Law

These terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bellingham,WA. UBI #606-021-277.
