    What Scratch-and-Dent Means

    Manufacturers and big-box stores cannot sell an appliance once its box has been opened or its side panel has picked up a mark — even when the unit itself is untouched. That is where we come in. We buy them, test every one, and pass the difference straight on.

      Most units come from showroom displays, canceled orders or a carton that was damaged in transit — not from the appliance itself.

    • A real warranty, in writing

      Major appliances carry one year on parts and labor. The terms are printed on your invoice, not buried in a policy page.

    • You pay for function, not packaging

      The same appliance you would see in a big-box aisle, minus the markup and the perfect box.

    What kinds of appliances do you carry?

    Inventory changes regularly, but you will typically find refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers, washers, dryers and other major home appliances. Browse by category or search by brand or model number to see what is currently available.

    What do scratch-and-dent and open-box mean?

    These appliances may have an opened box, a cosmetic mark, transit damage to an exterior panel or time on a showroom floor. The issue is cosmetic unless we clearly state otherwise. We inspect and test appliances before offering them for sale.

    Are appliances tested before they are sold?

    Yes. Each appliance is powered on and checked for normal mechanical operation before it reaches the sales floor. Ask our team if you would like details about a specific model or available unit.

    Why do I see one listing for a model?

    The website groups available inventory by model so the same appliance is not repeated for every serial number. If more than one physical unit is available, our team can explain the condition of each one and help you choose.

    Can I reserve or buy an appliance online?

    Online checkout is not available. Add models to your inquiry list, then call 360-935-0019 or send us a message to confirm availability and next steps. Adding a model to your list does not reserve the appliance.
