Frequently Asked Questions
Condition, warranty, delivery and payment — the things worth knowing before you come in.
What kinds of appliances do you carry?
Inventory changes regularly, but you will typically find refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers, washers, dryers and other major home appliances. Browse by category or search by brand or model number to see what is currently available.
What do scratch-and-dent and open-box mean?
These appliances may have an opened box, a cosmetic mark, transit damage to an exterior panel or time on a showroom floor. The issue is cosmetic unless we clearly state otherwise. We inspect and test appliances before offering them for sale.
Are appliances tested before they are sold?
Yes. Each appliance is powered on and checked for normal mechanical operation before it reaches the sales floor. Ask our team if you would like details about a specific model or available unit.
Why do I see one listing for a model?
The website groups available inventory by model so the same appliance is not repeated for every serial number. If more than one physical unit is available, our team can explain the condition of each one and help you choose.
Can I reserve or buy an appliance online?
Online checkout is not available. Add models to your inquiry list, then call 360-935-0019 or send us a message to confirm availability and next steps. Adding a model to your list does not reserve the appliance.
What warranty is included?
Major appliances include a one-year parts-and-labor warranty in the Bellingham service area. Other product types may have shorter coverage or may be sold as-is. Your invoice shows the exact warranty for your purchase.
Do you offer delivery and appliance haul-away?
Local delivery is available in and around Bellingham. We can also haul away an old appliance when delivery is arranged. The old appliance must be disconnected from power, gas and water before the delivery team arrives.
What should I bring for store pickup?
Bring a suitable vehicle, appliance straps and protective blankets. Measure the appliance, your vehicle and all doorways before pickup so you know the unit will fit safely.
How do I request appliance service?
Use the Request Appliance Service form and provide your contact information, model number, purchase details and a clear description of the problem. Photos and error codes can help the service team prepare before contacting you.
Can I return an appliance?
All sales are final. Please inspect the appliance and confirm its size, condition and installation requirements before purchasing. Warranty service is handled according to the terms printed on your invoice.
Still unsure? Get in touch or call360-935-0019 — we would rather answer a question than sell you the wrong appliance.
