Returns and Warranty
What is covered, for how long, and what to do if something goes wrong.
All Sales Are Final
Products sold by Appliance Outlet LLC are reclaimed goods bought from major manufacturers. They do not carry a manufacturer's warranty, and we do not offer returns or refunds.
That is the trade-off behind the pricing. It also means the right time to ask questions isbefore you buy — come and look at the unit, or call and we will describe its condition honestly over the phone.
Warranty Coverage
- Major appliances — one year, parts and labor, in-home within theBellingham area. Outside that area, bring the appliance to the store.
- Microwaves, over-the-range units, air conditioners, home audio — 30 days, in-store.
- Clearance items, wall mounts, cables, accessories and parts — as-is, no warranty.
Warranty is limited to mechanical parts and labor.
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Bring your original invoice. A lookup fee applies if it has been lost.
- Each service request carries a minimum deductible, based on the price you paid for the product.
- Work must be carried out by us or by the extended warranty provider during the warranty period.
- If the technician finds the fault is not with the product, a service call charge applies.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Cosmetic marks — those are what you bought the appliance at this price for.
- Damage caused during or because of installation.
- Consequential, incidental or property damage arising from the product.
