What this website stores, what it does not, and who to ask about it.
Data Stored on Your Device
Your cart, wishlist, recently viewed items, recent searches and color theme are kept in your own browser's local storage. They never leave your device, they are not sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes them.
This also means none of it follows you to another device or browser unless you create an account (below).
Account Information
Creating an account lets you see your own purchase history and the appliances you own from any device. It stores your name, email, phone number (if you give one) and a securely hashed password — never the password itself. Signing in sets one cookie that identifies your session; it is readable only by our server, not by page scripts, and it is not used for advertising or tracking of any kind. Log out, or simply let it expire, and it stops working.
Information We Collect
- Inquiry forms — the name, email, phone number and message you type in, used only to answer you.
- Newsletter signup — your email address, used only to tell you when new stock arrives.
- Accounts — the name, email, phone number and password hash described above, and the purchases we make against your account.
- Server logs — ordinary web server records of requests, kept for security and diagnostics.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
Cookies and Tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no third-party tracking scripts. Fonts are the only external resource the site requests. The one exception is the account session cookie described above, which exists only to keep you signed in and is set only if you create an account or log in.
In-Store Purchases
When you buy from us we record the details needed for the invoice, warranty and delivery — name, contact details and address. That information is held in our internal systems for those purposes.
